Ingredients

  • 1 box pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the pudding mix, sour cream, vegetable oil, eggs, and milk until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
