- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
Instructions
- Crumble the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with softened cream cheese and peppermint extract until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place back on the parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the tops with crushed candy canes before the chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm.
