- 1 loaf Italian bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup peperocini peppers, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped peperocini, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise and spread the butter mixture evenly on both halves.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
