  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 packet Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon grated Romano cheese
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons mayo
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss together the chopped lettuce, shredded red cabbage, julienned carrots, red onion, black olives, sliced tomatoes, pepperoncinis, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Zesty Italian Dressing Mix, white vinegar, water, Romano cheese, sugar, mayo, Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat all the vegetables evenly.
