- 1 packet Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon grated Romano cheese
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons mayo
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss together the chopped lettuce, shredded red cabbage, julienned carrots, red onion, black olives, sliced tomatoes, pepperoncinis, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Zesty Italian Dressing Mix, white vinegar, water, Romano cheese, sugar, mayo, Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Pour the prepared dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat all the vegetables evenly.
