- 1 package Store-Bought Pie Crust
- 1 large Egg White
- 1 can Cherry Pie Filling
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Roll out your store-bought pie crust on a clean surface and use a round cutter to cut out 3 ½–4-inch circles.
- Gently press the dough circles into the greased muffin cups to create mini crusts.
- Spoon your cherry pie filling into each crust, filling them about ⅔ full.
- If desired, roll out leftover dough, cut into strips, and weave a lattice on top.
- Brush the tops of the pies with beaten egg white and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Allow to cool for about 15–20 minutes before gently lifting them out.
