Description

Mini Cherry Pies are delightful bite-sized treats perfect for any occasion, offering fruity joy in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Store-Bought Pie Crust
  • 1 large Egg White
  • 1 can Cherry Pie Filling
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Roll out your store-bought pie crust on a clean surface and use a round cutter to cut out 3 ½–4-inch circles.
  3. Gently press the dough circles into the greased muffin cups to create mini crusts.
  4. Spoon your cherry pie filling into each crust, filling them about ⅔ full.
  5. If desired, roll out leftover dough, cut into strips, and weave a lattice on top.
  6. Brush the tops of the pies with beaten egg white and sprinkle with sugar.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  8. Allow to cool for about 15–20 minutes before gently lifting them out.
