Description

This Mediterranean feta dip is bold, vibrant, and incredibly easy to make. Crumbled feta combined with olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and herbs creates a zesty, rustic dip that’s perfect for bread, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and mince the garlic. Crumble the feta if needed.
  2. In a bowl, mix feta, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Pour in the olive oil and gently stir to coat everything evenly.
  4. Add freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  5. Let the dip sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to infuse.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve with bread, pita, or vegetables.
