- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and mince the garlic. Crumble the feta if needed.
- In a bowl, mix feta, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour in the olive oil and gently stir to coat everything evenly.
- Add freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Let the dip sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to infuse.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with bread, pita, or vegetables.
