Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice and top with green onions, carrots, and broccoli.
