- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 1/2 cups water (room temperature)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk flour, salt, and yeast. Add water and stir until a shaggy, sticky dough forms. Cover and rest.
- Let dough rise at room temperature for 12–18 hours until bubbly and doubled.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface and gently shape into a ball. Place on parchment, cover, and rise 1 hour.
- Place Dutch oven with lid in oven and preheat to 450°F (232°C) for 30 minutes.
- Transfer dough (with parchment) into hot Dutch oven. Cover and bake 30 minutes.
- Remove lid and bake 10–15 minutes until deeply golden.
- Transfer to a rack and cool at least 30 minutes before slicing.
