- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

- 2–3 tbsp hot sauce (to taste)

- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Stir in the crumbled sausage, hot sauce, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and evenly spread it out. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
