Description

Ingredients

  • 6 cups thick-cut tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a Bundt pan with cooking spray or olive oil.
  3. Layer tortilla chips in the bottom of the greased pan.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheeses over the chips, then add black beans, tomatoes, jalapeños, and any additional toppings.
  5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used; finish with a layer of cheese on top.
