- 6 cups thick-cut tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a Bundt pan with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Layer tortilla chips in the bottom of the greased pan.
- Sprinkle shredded cheeses over the chips, then add black beans, tomatoes, jalapeños, and any additional toppings.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used; finish with a layer of cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, invert onto a platter, and garnish with sour cream, guacamole, green onions, cilantro, and lime wedges. Serve immediately.
