  • 4 medium Russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
