Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente (about 10-12 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat while keeping some for flavor.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet, stirring until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Reduce heat to medium, add butter until melted, then pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously.
- Gently fold in cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese until well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
