- 6 boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick
- 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the pork chops in the slow cooker.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing mix, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and black pepper.
- Pour the ranch mixture over the pork chops in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the pork is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, you can remove the pork chops and whisk in 1 tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon of cold water into the sauce during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve crockpot ranch pork over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
