Description

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the pork chops in the slow cooker.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing mix, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the ranch mixture over the pork chops in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the pork is tender.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.

Notes

  • For a thicker sauce, you can remove the pork chops and whisk in 1 tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon of cold water into the sauce during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
