  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the Italian sub roll horizontally, but not all the way through, creating a hinge.
  3. Layer the Italian deli meats, provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, red onion, and black olives inside the sub roll.
  4. Drizzle the Italian dressing over the fillings.
  5. Close the sub roll.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, dried oregano, and garlic powder.
