- 1 package Refrigerated Piecrusts (14.1-oz. package)
- for work surface All-Purpose Flour (prevents sticking)
- 1 large Egg (for egg wash)
- 1 Tbsp. Water (mixed with egg)
- 2 tsp. Granulated Sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven as directed for the piecrust.
- Combine sliced peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, cardamom, and kosher salt in a large bowl. Toss gently until well mixed.
- Roll out the refrigerated piecrusts on a lightly floured surface until they’re about 1/8 inch thick.
- Place the bottom crust into your individual pie dishes and evenly fill each with the peach mixture.
- Cover with the top crusts, sealing the edges with a gentle pinch or fork. Cut a few slits in the top for steam to escape.
- Beat the egg with water in a small bowl, then brush this mixture over the crusts. Sprinkle with granulated sugar.
- Bake according to the piecrust package instructions.
