Description

These Homemade Reese’s Hearts are easy, no-bake Valentine’s treats made with creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate. Festive, nostalgic, and perfect for gifting or sharing with loved ones.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (not natural-style)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet, or dark)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening
  • Sprinkles
  • Sea salt flakes
  • Crushed nuts
  • Colored chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  1. Mix peanut butter, melted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until thick and smooth.
  2. Press mixture into silicone heart molds or roll and cut with heart cookie cutters. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Dip frozen peanut butter hearts into melted chocolate, coating fully. Place on parchment-lined tray.
  5. Add sprinkles, sea salt, or chocolate drizzle while chocolate is wet.
  6. Refrigerate or freeze until fully set before serving.
