Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the zucchini and red bell pepper.

  4. Grill the zucchini and bell pepper for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  5. Remove from the grill and let them cool slightly.
