Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 pound grilled chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, grilled chicken, vegetables, and parsley.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
