A delicious and healthy grilled chicken and veggie pasta salad that makes for a perfect meal.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 pound grilled chicken, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, grilled chicken, vegetables, and parsley.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
