Description

Ingredients

  • 4 red onions
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds

Instructions

  1. Peel and thinly slice the red onions.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar dissolves.
