A delicious and vibrant corn salad that incorporates Fritos for a delightful crunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Fritos corn chips
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine corn, bell pepper, tomatoes, red onion, and cheddar cheese.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together ranch dressing and lime juice.
