- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
Instructions
- Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- Add the teriyaki sauce, pineapple, garlic, and ginger.
- Stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- During the last 30 minutes, add the bell pepper and broccoli.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
