Description

Dump and Go Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings is an easy and comforting meal that requires minimal prep and is perfect for busy days.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and add the mixed vegetables.
  3. Add the cream of chicken soup, pepper, and garlic powder, and stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, tear the biscuit dough into pieces and stir into the crockpot.
  6. Cover and let it finish cooking until the biscuits are cooked through.
