- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard

Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the sauce.
