Ingredients

- 100 ml Water (Boiling water for cooking wolfberries)
- 1 pack Jelly Powder
- 5 g Agar-Agar Powder (Plant-based gelatin)
- 50 g Wolfberries (Can use goji berries)
- 100 g Rock Sugar/White Sugar (Adjust to taste)
- 5 g Dried Osmanthus Flower Buds (Adjust quantity based on preference)
Instructions
- Boil Water: Start by boiling 100ml of water in a small pot. Once boiling, add the wolfberries and cook them for 4 minutes before setting them aside.
- Mix Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine crushed rock sugar, jelly powder, and agar-agar powder with 900ml of cold water. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Combine Mixtures: Transfer the dissolved mixture into the pot of boiling water. Lower the heat and add the dried osmanthus and the previously cooked wolfberries.
- Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the mixture into spherical ice cube molds. Gently stir just before it solidifies.
- Refrigerate: Place the filled molds in the refrigerator and let them chill for about 2 hours or until fully set.
