A delicious and easy recipe for sweet chili chicken thighs made in a crockpot.

- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour sauce over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
