Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion, garlic, and bell peppers.
- Transfer the mixture to the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Stir in cooked rice before serving.
