Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion, garlic, and bell peppers.
  2. Transfer the mixture to the crockpot.
