Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, rice vinegar, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, strain the sauce into a saucepan and simmer to thicken if desired.
