- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, rice vinegar, ginger, and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Meanwhile, strain the sauce into a saucepan and simmer to thicken if desired.
- Serve the chicken with the sauce drizzled on top.
