Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. In the crockpot, combine the cooked beef, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and beef broth.
  3. Stir well to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
