- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- In the crockpot, combine the cooked beef, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and beef broth.
- Stir well to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
