- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the cooked beef, onion, bell pepper, garlic, beans, corn, tomatoes, broth, and seasonings to the crockpot.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary before serving.
