- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and mushrooms, cooking until softened.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Combine tortellini with the sauce and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve garnished with parsley.
