Description

Delicious Cranberry Pistachio Truffles, a no-bake treat perfect for holiday celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz White Chocolate
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1 cup Pistachios
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 4 oz Melted White Chocolate
  • 1/4 cup Crushed Pistachios

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, gently melt the white chocolate, butter, and heavy cream together over low heat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Stir in the chopped cranberries and pistachios.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the refrigerator and chill for about 30 minutes, or until firm enough to handle.
  4. Use a small scoop or your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Roll the truffles in powdered sugar or dip them in melted white chocolate. Garnish with crushed pistachios or cranberry powder.
  6. Place the finished truffles in the fridge until ready to serve. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.

Notes

  • Use high-quality white chocolate for the best melt.
  • Substitute butter with coconut oil for a dairy-free option.
  • Swap heavy cream for coconut cream for a lighter alternative.
  • Feel free to experiment with fresh or freeze-dried cranberries.
  • Substitute pistachios with almonds or walnuts if desired.
  • Consider using dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
  • Enhance with a sprinkle of cranberry powder for flair.
