- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 cup Pistachios
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 4 oz Melted White Chocolate
- 1/4 cup Crushed Pistachios
Instructions
- In a saucepan, gently melt the white chocolate, butter, and heavy cream together over low heat until smooth and creamy.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Stir in the chopped cranberries and pistachios.
- Transfer the mixture to the refrigerator and chill for about 30 minutes, or until firm enough to handle.
- Use a small scoop or your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll the truffles in powdered sugar or dip them in melted white chocolate. Garnish with crushed pistachios or cranberry powder.
- Place the finished truffles in the fridge until ready to serve. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
