Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces fettuccine
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cottage cheese, Parmesan, milk, salt, and pepper to the saucepan and blend until smooth.
- Combine the sauce with the cooked fettuccine and serve immediately.
