Description

A creamy and spiced Puerto Rican coconut eggnog, perfect for holiday parties and potlucks. This no-egg version is rich and shelf-stable.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 15 oz cream of coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Add the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream of coconut, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves to a blender.
  2. Blend on low for 10–15 seconds until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an airtight jar or pitcher.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is ideal).
  5. Shake before serving and pour into chilled glasses, garnished with cinnamon or nutmeg.
