Description
A creamy and spiced Puerto Rican coconut eggnog, perfect for holiday parties and potlucks. This no-egg version is rich and shelf-stable.

- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 15 oz cream of coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (plus extra for garnish)
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
Instructions
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream of coconut, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves to a blender.
- Blend on low for 10–15 seconds until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to an airtight jar or pitcher.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is ideal).
- Shake before serving and pour into chilled glasses, garnished with cinnamon or nutmeg.
