- 100g dark chocolate, for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Beat egg white (or aquafaba) until frothy.
- Gradually mix in sifted icing sugar until a smooth, pliable dough forms.
- Add peppermint extract and optional food coloring.
- Knead lightly, then roll dough between parchment to 1 cm thickness.
- Cut into discs or festive shapes using cutters.
- Let shapes air-dry for a few hours until slightly firm.
- Melt dark chocolate and dip half of each cream; let set.
- Allow to dry completely before serving or packaging.
