Description

This Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole combines the flavors of classic chicken cordon bleu in a delicious and easy casserole.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ham, chopped
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped ham, Swiss cheese, and half of the breadcrumbs.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, Dijon mustard, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken mixture and mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining breadcrumbs on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is heated through.
