- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
- 4 pieces Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 pieces Fresh Jalapeños
- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes until golden.
- Mix honey and hot sauce in a bowl. Toss cooked chicken in this mixture to coat.
- Combine sour cream, chopped jalapeños, lime juice, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt in another bowl. Stir and refrigerate.
- Place two tortillas on a flat surface. Layer one with cheddar cheese, add hot honey chicken, and top with more cheese. Close with another tortilla.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes each side until crispy.
- Remove, cut into wedges, and serve with jalapeño cream sauce and garnish with cilantro.
