Description

A delightful Cheesecake Fruit Salad featuring colorful fruits and a creamy cheesecake filling, perfect for any gathering. This no-cook dessert is quick, easy, and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups Green Apples, chopped
  • 1 cup Grapes, halved
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks, drained if canned
  • 2 Bananas, sliced just before serving
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Crushed Graham Crackers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash, hull, chop, and slice all the fruits—strawberries, green apples, grapes, pineapple, and bananas. Combine them gently in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the cheesecake filling over the fruit mix and gently fold until every piece of fruit is coated.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the assembled salad or serve it on the side.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld before serving.

Notes

  • Best served chilled.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • For best results, slice bananas just before serving to prevent browning.
  • Consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg to the filling for a warm spice note.
