A creamy and delightful pasta dish featuring burrata cheese, roasted garlic, and a hint of lemon.
Ingredients

- 12 oz jumbo pasta shells
- 1 head garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap the head of garlic in foil and roast for 30-35 minutes until soft.
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, roasted garlic (squeezed out of the skin), and lemon juice. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Fill each pasta shell with a spoonful of burrata cheese and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour the garlic cream sauce over the filled shells.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
