- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices cheese (cheddar or American)
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup sweet onion, chopped
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Heavy-duty aluminum foil
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Chop bell peppers and onions into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, gently mix ground beef with seasonings; form into patties slightly larger than buns.
- Cut large squares of aluminum foil. Place a patty in the center of each square, adding vegetables and a slice of cheese on top.
