  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Heavy-duty aluminum foil

Instructions
