Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the gnocchi, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss everything together until the gnocchi are well coated.
- Spread the gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
