A creamy and flavorful black bean hummus that’s perfect for dips or spreads.
Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2–4 tablespoons water, as needed
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine black beans, tahini, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Process until smooth, adding water as necessary to reach desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables.
