Description
A simple and chewy no-bake dessert made with just two ingredients: unsweetened coconut flakes and sweetened condensed milk.

- 14 oz unsweetened coconut flakes (plus extra for coating)
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk (or vegan alternative)
Instructions
- Pulse the coconut flakes in a food processor until they break down into coarse crumbs.
- Transfer the crumbs to a mixing bowl and add the sweetened condensed milk.
- Fold and press the mixture until well combined.
- Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into balls.
- Coat each ball in extra coconut flakes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
