Description

Avalanche Cookies are delightful treats blending the creamy flavor of peanut butter with crispy rice krispies and marshmallows.


Ingredients

  • 16 ounces white almond bark
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups rice krispies cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup miniature chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the white almond bark according to package instructions. Watch it closely and stir until smooth, around 1-2 minutes.
  2. Stir in the creamy peanut butter until it’s fully combined.
  3. Add the rice krispies cereal and miniature marshmallows, mixing gently until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Fold in the miniature chocolate chips, reserving some for topping if desired.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, pressing down evenly with a spatula.
  6. Let the cookies cool completely before cutting into squares, around 30-45 minutes.
