- 16 ounces white almond bark
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups rice krispies cereal
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup miniature chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the white almond bark according to package instructions. Watch it closely and stir until smooth, around 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the creamy peanut butter until it’s fully combined.
- Add the rice krispies cereal and miniature marshmallows, mixing gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Fold in the miniature chocolate chips, reserving some for topping if desired.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, pressing down evenly with a spatula.
- Let the cookies cool completely before cutting into squares, around 30-45 minutes.
